how do i work out a roast dinner ?

was thinking of having 3 x thin pork sausage ( thats in there ) , 2 spuds cut in half and roasted in vegi oil , and about 4 aunt bessies roast parsnip and a bit of bisto gravy ?

All these should be in the database, or you can choose the nearest equivalent, unless you still have the packets for most of them then the info should be on the packet, just input it as a new food if it isn't already in the database. You will have to do each item individually then you can save it as a meal if it is the exact same amounts etc that you have all the time, make it easier to input next time.0
