school run classed as exercise ?

i do 40 minute walking in the morning and 40 minutes in the after noon , would u factor this in as excerise as its a normall thing , i do it 5 days a week ?

    Definately! I walk about an hour each day to and from work and always count it in my exercise! :smile: all adds up!

    Make sure you're honest with the speed, but def count it.

    I think it depends what activity level you entered. If you're at "sedentary", definitely add it as exercise, but if your activity level is higher then it may already be accounted for.

    I would count it as exercise since you're probably in a classroom the rest of your workday. Just try to figure out about how fast you are going as to whether it is a slow pace or brisk walk.
  • many thanks, put slow as walking kids to school , so slower then i would walk normally
  • defently include it ?

    mine is giving me about a extra 160 calories to eat.
