I've been doing so well with my eating and exercising but I haven't lost anything this week =( oh well just means next week I've got to get my bum into gear and exercise that little bit harder!

I have a question, I just bought the Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 dvd from Amazon and I want to buy the dumbbells before it gets to me so I can get straight into it! What dumbbell weights have you guys used?

I always feel guilty when I go over!!! I have found when I have social events on where there is food envolved I try to get something really healthy like a salad or fish and usually ask for all sauce on the side, even if you get grilled chicken or something and it comes with chips ask for salad! But I guess it's easier said…
