I'd push through if I were you, that way you're less likely to quit! I'm on day 4 of 30 DS today! I pushed through yesterday and it was super hard but worth it in the end :-)

Thank you for the inspiration!! I'm 5'4" also!! My current weight is 142"ish" and my goal is 120. I'm on day 4 of 30 DS and I'm also doing running and/or elliptical. It's just nice to see someone that's so similar to me. Thanks again for the inspiration ;-) We can do it!!!!

It's a Jillian Michaels workout DVD. I've heard good things about it so I figured I'd try it! I'd love to do P90X but who can afford that!!

Ok, don't laugh but today I used soup cans! I'm getting 5lb weights tomorrow from my sister. That's what I'll use from now on.

I am a lifetime member of WW. I have reached my goal twice and am currently working on the third time. Going to WW helped me the first two times tremendously but now I have two kids and less money so I'm trying MFP. I'm new to MFP and only have 20lbs to lose so we'll see how it goes.
