I say keep walking, maybe pick up the pace and make those 12 mins count. I walk around my office complex and its a little over a mile round trip. I have had days where I don't eat my full calorie count, and then there are days I go over. I have even had days of not being hungry but I eat something because without eating I get headaches and get lethargic. I can understand where you are coming from, but you do need to eat busy or not.

I have not experienced it with alcohol, though I cannot drink as much as I used to. :) I have experienced it with sweets, I cannot eat sweets (cake, cookies, etc) the sugar is too much now. I happen to be happy about that!

I have found that a lot of sugary food doesn't taste the same to me anymore. For me I think it has to do with the mental sweet tooth block I have put on. I have found that I am scared to gain back the weight I lost so I basically avoid sweets altogether now!

I have ran 2 5K's in the last 3 months, I am going to do one more 5K in Jan, then a 10K in Feb. This is to get me ready for a 1/2 Marathon in June. First, I agree with a lot of what is being said here. I have to ask, has anybody sat down and watched Super Size Me? Even with daily exercise fast food and the chemicals used in them is harmful to your body period! I feel as though fast food should not be the norm due to parental laziness, nothing beats a home cooked meal.
