I am thinking , when I take some quizzes they ask , do you eat when you are alone? or no one is looking? May be when we gain weight we do that because of the fear of being judged , and we do NOT have the weight beacuse we eat when we are alone . Sorry if i seem totally off . Just my thought

Way back when I did WW a point used to be approximately 50 cals. 35 points is almost 1750 calories + cals for fruit and Veggies. If you are eating 1200(including fruits and veg) + exercise cals , it might not be enough.
