I bought some resistance bands at Target. I think I paid 15 bucks for them. Love them and my arms are definitely starting to see results. I believe there are 10 exercises along with the bands.

Well I found something on the internet a few months back (whether its right or not I'm not sure). It says that 30 minutes Tae-Bo Basic burns 389 calories. I think that sounds about right.

If you like soup, the Campbell's Soup at Hands are great and low calorie. I think the highest one has 130 calories which is practically nothing. Fills you up. Pair it with some veggies, crackers, or other low cal foods and you have a very low cal lunch. Plus its cheap!!
