So far since April 1 I have lost 10.4 lbs. This website has truly helped me with realizing how much I was eating on a regular basis. I don't think most people realize (or care)about the amount of calories they are consuming. I know I didn't really pay attention to it before. I have realized that this is a not really a diet...this is a lifestyle change. DIET does not mean deprivation. I have cut some things out of my eating habits but for the most person I just choose more wisely. I have learned that as long as I exercise and log my calories that I'm consuming that I can eat whatever I want. Do I go over sometimes on my calories...yes i do! But thats ok. My new attitude has made all the difference.

10.4 lbs! YAY! I started on April 1st too. I thought it would be easy to remember April Fools Day as my start day
