I'd like to join in for November please! I was a loser to and got a stress fracture on my foot that made me put a halt to the 30 day shred after day 11 but I want to start again!

I love special k cereal bars - they are delish! only 90 calories and they curb my hunger when I need a snack!

If you're hungry, just eat. Honestly, I;ve done that before and I wake up in the middle of the night STARVING. So sometimes its better to just have milk and cookies and let it be, even if its not the full 700 calories, something that will help you sleep :)

I was also on WW but the new program was not working for me as well, I had hit a plateau and nothing was changing for about 3 months and I joined this web-site from a recommendation of someone over there. Feels great! Much easier to use and more logical than WW ithink :) Welcome
