Hello! :)

I am new to MFP. I was on WW previously but I had hit a plateau for about 3 months or so so I decided to switch things up and try something different. I'd like to lose around 15 pounds, I lost 22 on WW. It's going to be hard I know and I need to kick up my cardio by a huge notch. Any recommendatons? I work a lot of night shifts so that can mess me up quite a bit.

I'm liking it so far though!

    Welcome!

    I have done TurboFire and Insanity - both will definitely kick up your cardio by a "huge notch"! Insanity is tougher but TurboFire is tough AND fun.
