It can be a good thing!

Talking with a co-worker today about health and fitness and eating well, etc. She commented that she thinks I eat incredibly well and then says "well, this should make you feel good". On our way back from a meeting yesterday I was walking ahead of the pack and another co-worker said to her "Wow...look @ Savannah's legs...they are toned and muscular - all that turbo kick must be paying off!"

My day = made! :bigsmile: :drinker:

    Good for you! It's always wonderful to hear things like that! You know they mean it when they say it to someone else! I'd love to hear gossip like that anytime!!!
