i'm trying to quit smoking too cuz i just found out that i have asthma :( i've only been smoking for about 5 years. i've found working out helps. good luck!!

u might not be eating enough or not eating enough protien. try eating small ammounts throughout the day. u won't have migraines and it'll speed up your metabolism to lose weight!

i have been a stress eater my whole life which is why my weight has gone up and down so much. i've found working out helps, eating fruit if i'm craving sugar, and looking at fat pictures of myself and the clothes that don't fit is really motivating!
