  • Bump bump anybody?
  • You know everybody is different so everybody is going to have a different response to this question. When I was doing this about 6 months ago I allowed myself cheat days (and those were normally the weekend because I went out with my family) and I was still losing weight. Now keep in mind unless you are me than that might…
  • I too saw a male OBGYN who said I was to fat to have a child. Well I guess he was wrong because I have a healthy 4 year old son. Only sad part is I have been trying to have another baby for over two years and to my suprise I found out a few months ago I had PCOS. The pills to make me have a period are working but the pills…
  • I was just recently diagonsed with PCOS. I went in for my itnital visit because I wasn't haveing a period, which in all honest was not an unsuall thing for me (I have had unsuall periods ever since I have started). When I went in I had been exercising and counting my calories using this site. I had lost 10lbs at the time…
  • Yeah I know it's not going to be easy. I have back in august of last year I was losing weight (i lost 10lbs in like three months) and when I went to see my doctor about some other weight lose plans that might help me along the way she was suprised I had even lost that, reason being is because I have a medical condition…
  • I have lost a little over 12lbs, 12.3 to be exact, but I am in still in the same size pants and they still fit the same way.
  • I LOVE the biggest loser! It's fun but requires alot of work!
  • you shouldn't give up over one pound!! Mine goes up anywhere between 2-3lbs depending on what exercises I did that week! Anyways I was told that losing inches was a better way to show progress than to weigh yourself! I know I would rather lose a paint size than lose a pound, but hey maybe that is just me!
  • Girl I know what you mean! I hate shopping b/c a size 16 pants is to small and a size 18 is to big! and I have the same problem as well except I am bigger on the top than the bottom!
  • So just sticking with the low calorie diet I am doing now and losing the weight slowly instead of switching and losing it faster would benefit in the long run b/c I should be able to keep it off easier?

  • yeah but some of us who go to a crowed gym that wouldn't work!
  • I lost 9lbs total in about 5 weeks and now I am gaining it all back even though I adjusted my calorie intake to 150 calories less than what it was when I started and I work out twice as much as I did when I started.

  • If you read the scales tell you a Maintenance: 2208 Calories/day and a Fat Loss Range: 1456 - 1766 Calories/day. MFP gives you the calories you need to lose weight
  • I weight myself everyday at the same time everyday and wearing the same clothes (which in my case is nothing b/c i think you get a better weight reading). Sad part is though sometimes it upsets me b/c my weight will go up a lb
  • You know the funny thing is I was looking into getting weight watchers b/c it allows you to do more with your diet and even weight watchers allows you "cheat" points. It provides you with a set of daily points and than a weekly set of points that you can go into if you go over your daily points. So I don't see why you can…
  • If I have a craving for something sweet I will usually plan to work out longer so I can burn those extra calories. Another thing I do, which probably isn't always a smart thing to do but it seems to be working, is if I am craving something sweet I will eat less. So instead of having a full lunch I will just grab a piece of…
  • I am set to lose a pound a week and I have been losing a little over 3lbs each week. Like with anything everybody's weight progress is different. Also it's recommended that you only lose 1lb a week.
  • Well none of the kinect games are really geared towards weight training but I would have to say that the biggest loser would come the closest.
  • I like the biggest loser for the kinect. That is what I use when I am unable to go to the gym.
