So how about I gave up my gym membership because I very rarely went anymore and when I did go they were so dang packed it wasn't worth the time and energy. Now that I no longer attend a gym I am needing some exercises I can do at home. I am currenly waiting on my heart rate monitor to come and when it does I am thinking about walking around the place were I live (that and riding a bike) because there are alot of hills around here. Anyways should I get some leg weights or arm weights and carry them around when I am walking???? The reason I ask is because that will probably be the only time I will left weights.
