  • I am petrified of dangly tummy syndrome.... I have been working out hard at the Gym just doing 40mins cardio (bike/running) and some strength training and I have found my tummy isnt hanging over as much as it used too.   • Hehehe no children yet, but i guess the idea about the dogs isnt too bad... We have a 4 months old Bullmastiff puppy and she needs all the food she can get.... at least thats what she'd have you think :) Im in the UK, so I have never seen anything like that but I will be on the lookout now :) Thanks guys
  • I watched a programme a week or so ago that stated if you where to drink diet drinks, your body expects more energy because of the artificial sweetners, but because it doesnt get the energy rush (as its low in sugar and cals) you can be more prone to overeating, I however adore diet coke.

  • I started at a similar weight i was 278 at my highest... I felt rotten, I do feel a bit better as I go on though, for me its all about trading the chips and horrible food for healthy foods and roasted veggies (my new favourite) I have also been working out at the gym 2 - 3 times a week.

  • Coolies lynz, if i hit 8lb i will reach my 2nd goal. and that would be 38lbs off :) so almost 3 stone
  • I am starting the 30 day shred as soon as it arrives :) I am also banning wine, chocolate and take aways for the full 30 days.
  • I have a long way to go for goal... over 90lb, but i am hopinh that a 5-10lb loss this month will get me out of the 240s...
