Is anyone else scared of the dreaded dangly tummy?

    I am petrified of dangly tummy syndrome....

    I have been working out hard at the Gym just doing 40mins cardio (bike/running) and some strength training and I have found my tummy isnt hanging over as much as it used too. It feels tighter and better than before. But i do moisturise after every session with palmers cocoa butter, and this has greatly reduced my stretch marks too :)
