i spin 2 times a week, cicuit once, run once, body conditioning once and body pump once...its so varied!

well i cant say im much different....ive had practically had no carbs for 3 weeks, stayed within my limits for almost 5 weeks with a couple of cheat days, i do excercise 6 times a week...drink plenty of water, i have the same pound coming off then going back on!

im in the same boat 5'4 ...at 131... only 8 more to go and ive tried everything...zig zagging, excercising 6 days a week....nothings working!! getting married in 72 days.........................

i'm on day 11 and today and its going quite okay...my weigh day is tomorrow..so far i have lost 3 pounds but i only have 10 to lose so im so happy that it's only 7 more! i im getting married on 3rd of Sept :) im lactose and egg intolerant so for breakfast i eat either roast beef, turkey or smoked salmon lettuce…
