After 10 pounds I noticed that I could drop back down one size in my jeans!!

Sometimes I wear one to bed... but I ALWAYS wear one during the day. And I always wear a good exercise bra! I disagree with some who say if they will sag, they will no matter what.... I just turned 40 and mine are still perky. I think it's because I always wear a bra.

Don't give up!!! It's really tough to get back into the swing of things. I used to be a daily gym rat... 2-3 hours a day. I understand!! Just keep at it. Treat every day as a new start.

If I get a snack for myself I will get a mini popcorn (the kid size) with no extra butter ... I always get a diet coke or a water to drink. Usually I just grab a few handfuls of the kid's popcorn or sneak a bite of their pretzel, depending on what they get.

Well I don't live with one but my mother will continually send home cookies, cupcakes, etc with my kids... when she knows I'm trying to lose weight and those foods are my weakness!!

I got lucky and found a kickboxing class that allowed us to use the gloves, pads and it was a great workout. Some of the clubs have setups like that where you don't actually have to get in the ring and fight people. It was an amazing workout and I loved it. All the jump roping and ab work was fantastic!! AHH yes!!! That is so very true... I get that feeling whenever I see my ex- Eddie. Trouble with him is he can't decide what he wants, which leaves me in a confused state most of the time. HAHA

Hi... personally I find Lexapro (or Citalopram in generic) to be the one that messes with my weight the least.

Ewww... yes I agree cottage cheese is disgusting! I also find anything in the "bean" family to be VILE!!! I can't even smell them...

I kicked my diet soda habit by swapping to Monster Engery Zero or Lo Carb... I guarantee it's not at better for me but it doesn't give me a stomach ache like the soda did. All in all I'm definately addicted to caffiene... how to break that habit is beyond me at this point!!

I limit myself to one cheat day per week, if that ... It seems to work for me to not feel like I can "never" eat the cheat foods again. Since I know I have my allowed cheat days, I don't stress over missing out on sweets or higher calorie foods as much. Hope that helps!

take your measurements and start tracking them... if you are getting smaller, you're doing something right!!

hmm good question.... thinking back to 5 years ago when I was skinny and working out all the time. I had trained myself not to reach for food for comfort. Instead, I would go out for a long walk in the neighborhood....

Just a note: muscle does not "weigh more" than fat... a pound is a pound. The difference is that muscle takes up less physical space than fat does. So as an example, two woman who each weigh 125 lbs can be drastically different in physical size, depending on their body fat percentage.
