Okay, day one and I am already in the hole of 500 cal!!!! I just don't get me! I used to be an avid fitness and nutrition buff. Thought this would help but now after day 1 I feel even worse!!!! Sigh....:sad:

  • Don't give up!!! It's really tough to get back into the swing of things. I used to be a daily gym rat... 2-3 hours a day. I understand!!

    Just keep at it. Treat every day as a new start.

    It took some time for me to get into a zone. Mostly because I had this belief that healthy food meant low calories.
    After a week or so, I started to get a feel for the calorie values in my usual foods and was able to plan what I was going to eat in order to come under my daily limit.
    It definitely gets easier!
