I started about 6 days ago, ive already lost 5cm off my stomach (im not sure what that is in inches haha) i went straight to level 2 cause i thought level 1 was easy, looking forward to some good results hopefully

braised chicken anad vegetables is always good oh and the steamed wonton soups. e.g. short soup and long soup! another tip, make sure you eat with a fork not a spoon, that way your not getting all the sauces in your spoon and you can drip them off with a fork! enjoy!

so i have read through all these posts and i am confused as to how this whole fasting thing works? do you eat all your calories in one meal at night? I eat 3 very small meals per day, am i going to put myself into starvation mode from doing this? a little bit of insight would be great. thanks!

I started today!! i thought level 1 was kinda easy so going to jump into level 2 tomorrow

everyday motivation is needed, otherwise i just put it off.

I started 30DS today and i found that level 1 was way to easy! maybe my weights werent heavier enough? im going to try it again tomorrow with heavier weigthts and then move onto level 2!

ahh i completely agree. theres no point in doing a workout if your just going to wash it out by eating something bad. I feel horrible if i eat something naughty after doing a workout. best feeling comes after a day where you have done a hard workout and kept up the healthy eating. :)
