My weight today: 277.4 (-3.1) from last week.
I don't like level 2 as much as I did level 1... but it is growing on me. Bring it on!

Day 4 Level 2 done, I hope my upper body strength increases on this level bc the planks are hard to do...also I dont believe that I have over extended my knee or anything but I feel like it maybe stressed out a bit, it was kinda hurting especially during cardio, any suggestions of what I should do?!0

Arrgghh so frustrated!
Only managed 1 day of level 2 (sunday) my knee is so bad I've been struggling at work and got an appointment for Drs but it's not til Monday :sad:
I 'll see how it goes for the next few days but don't wanna make anything worse....0 -
I was able to get level 2 day 6 done today. I have had a head ache from hell and didnt go to work but I did manage to get through it. I keep telling myself if I miss a day I will need to start over.0

Day 4 level 2 done for today. I haven't had time for measurements this week yet but I did weigh today and lost another 1.4 lbs for a total of 4 pounds since starting 30DS!0

I've missed 3 days now due to injury :sad: I'm a big mess, so I may need to just drop out for now. My wrist is hurting, which makes the plank stuff impossible, plus one of my hamstrings keeps cramping up. If anything I might try going back to level 1 and see if that feels ok. Ugh.

Totally forgot to weigh in and do my measurements on 14th June, but I'm still shredding, and have managed not to miss a day
I will do my measurements on 21st as normal! Weight is 152.5.

day 7 of level 2 done. Only 3 more days left for this one. I cant believe how fast this is moving along. Today I didnt even burn 200 calories so I added 10 minutes of jumping jacks, jump rope, running in place and punches to get up to 300 calorie burn. Later I will be gardening so I hope to get a burn there too.

Day 16 Complete. I didn't work out yesterday and only about 15 minutes of the Shred the day before because my new meds made me really weak and sick. Back at er today though but had to start at level 1. Level 3 tomorrow hopefully!0

Did Day 16 L2 this morning and completing Day 17 afterwork. I refuse to get behind. If I do I'll lose momentum. I can't believe that I only have 3 days left on L2. Wow. L1 seemed to take forever and now I'm almost finished with L2. This will be over soon. I'll be glad to get my 20 minutes back in the afternoon.0

I really thought L1 took forever too! L2 is flying by, I just said to my bf this morning I can't believe I start level 3 in a few days, i'm a little afraid LOL0
