I'm back, I took a much needed rest week last week and then BAM came Hurricane Irene which left me with no power for days. I have to catch up on yesterday's workout. I lost 6 pounds in the first 30 days :) Day 1 Week 5: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, ABX---Working on it Day 2 Week 5 Plyometrics DONE

I caught up today and squeezed in Legs/Back plus ARX :) tomorrow it's kenpo since I'm on vacation and forgot to bring my chest and back video duhhhh

I'M STILL HERE TRUCKING ALONG....I WAS VERY SICK FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS I WORKED OUT AND ALMOST PASSED OUT YIKES...ANYWAY I'M FEELING MUCH BETTER AND WILL BE MAKING UP TODAY WITH BOTH KENPO/LEGS AND BACK WITH ARX LATE TONIGHT. YPU LADIES ARE AMAZING KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK :)

I'm gonna get going on Plyometrics and I'm gonna ad ARX too, since the lean version didn't have as many days of it today :) Also I got my new Chest & Back DVd from BB for free :)

I decided to do the LEAN version this time around. Day 1: Core Synergistics...I really liked this workout, my core is pretty strong so this was FUN!!!! I'm probably going to feel it tomorrow
