I've looked into the slimfast diet...and tried it for about a week. Im with you on the whole "dont want a completely liquid diet". So I did exactly what you are talking about and eating my own meals and snacks but keeping within the 3-2-1 mindset. Its working well for me so far...I've lost about 1 lb/week.

So it's the end of the 1st 5 weeks and just the beginning of my weight loss journey. It has definitely had it's ups and downs but I am so excited to start another 5 weeks and to continue on this journey. This challenge is such a great way to keep me going in the right direction.

This challenge will be a hard one for me bc I can never fill up my mfp cup. I hate drinking plain water. We will see how it goes today. I've already drank 1 glass.

Omg I love all those foods that you listed you were craving lol! I try to be good and eat something like yogurt, a handful of pistachios, graham crackers and fat free peanut butter, pudding.
