congrats :smooched: i was wondering though.. :huh: how did you do it. did you just stick to the caloric intake guide. Or did you excersize a certain amont a week.. Because i would love to be 45lb lighter what a great accomplishment.:love:

hi Im kinda new at this site and I (probrably along with everyone else) am kind of struggling along. For the calories a day I guess I do pritty good. I consume about 1200 a day and probrably go over by 45 to 145 at the most on bad days. But heres my question: When I put in my excersize it adds calories to my daily…

i eat alot of veggies, but where it comes in for me is that im a mother of two with a husband.. and a meat loving husband who needs meat with almost very dinner. So i guess my weight mannagment gets hard because i have to force myself to stay away from the foods i cook three times a day.. i mean i cook veggies and stuff…
