We do music festivals with camping yearly. Mmmmm... love Quest bars and I eat them pretty much daily. They have never knocked me out of ketosis... only tasted delicious and given me good numbers for my fiber column. :)

Hi there. I'm still not comfortable mentioning what I weigh or weighed. But I fit in this category and looking for motivational friends. I still have 100 to lose to be at what the charts say I should be at... although honestly, I weighed over that in my early 20s and looked like skin and bone, so at this point I'll just be happy to be in ONEderland at all. It's a long journey... could use some more encouragement and friends along the way... add me. :)
