The more support, the merrier!!!

Today I have just logged 25 days in a row. The question was asked, is it a habit yet? Honestly no not yet, but I'm not giving up. What I have found is the more support I get from my friends list the better I do. What keeps me going is seeing people that log every day and are active in commenting on my progress as well as others. I like to encourage others and when I see others encouraging me it keeps me going. If your a person that thrives on support from others and pays it forward the same way, then I'm your new friend for your list. How about the add? Give me your all and I will give right back!!!!     I'm not sure when it became a habit for me, but I've been doing this for years (I could tell you what I ate in 2011... lol). When I started out, I could not stand the taste of water and was barely getting any in at all. I guess most of my eating and fitness habits have changed with time (and information). I'm still not sure what I'm doing. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. All that matters is that you keep going. I'd ask you to add me, but well... ;) Proud to be your support. :)
