I haven't been doing so well with my nutrition this week. I'm disappointed in myself and feel like the exercise was all a waste. Everyday I say I'm going to start over and disregard the previous day's flub. I'm looking up new meal ideas so I won't derail when night time comes and the cravings start kicking in.

Start with small changes and do some things you've feel like you haven't done but wish you did in your 30s. Sometimes I feel like I've wasted some years. I try to understand what held me back and move forward.

a link of sausage, scrambled eggs, deviled eggs, cheese...anything protein heavy works for me. although i like fruits and popccrn, they won't hold me until the next meal.

Yep, my family ate out everyday and I never learned good eating habits. I ate a lot because they let me and sometimes out of boredom although I didn't know it at the time. When I was a teenager, I got in better shape and somewhat different eating habits. By my mid-20s is when I started to slowly introduce more vegetables…
