Miller Lite is only 97 Calories per 12 oz. bottle. I just saw this quote yesterday and I really liked it because it reminds me to stay focused and be patient for results. They don't come over night. It takes 4 weeks for YOU to notice your body changing... it takes 8 weeks for your friends to notice... It takes 12 weeks for the rest of the world. BE PATIENT.
