How's everyone's workouts going? Today's was a little easier...going to try to up the weights tomorrow.

So for some reason, today's workout was super hard. I usually work out in the morning but I wasn't working today so I did it in the afternoon so maybe that why I struggled?!?

I have a 48 days until my holiday, so I am considering doing each level for 5 days, a day off and then 5 more days of the same level. I would try to up my weights for the second set of days.

Had a terrible day today. It was my husbands birthday so carrot cake with cream cheese icing for dessert. I did only have a tiny piece but still... Uh!

Today was my 5 mile run. And I did it!! YAY! Felt pretty good, but I was SO hungry all day.

Did my long run yesterday as I am training for a half-marathon in November, so today was a fairly relaxed day...I did a stability ball class at the gym. Soooo excited to get back on the weightloss wagon, as I have recently put on 10 of the 50lbs that I had lost previously.

I just started phase2 yesterday. I hate the power push ups...actually I'm not really sure who in their right mind wouldn't hate them! I am just trying to keep my 10 lb goal in mind.
