I don't know what your meal plan is, but berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries) are lower in sugar/carbs than a lot of other fruit and would make great additions to your smoothie. They will also add some much needed fiber!

On my low carb days, for snacks I eat smoked almonds, Bridgford pepperoni or sausage party bites, a low carb/high protein RTD shake, cheese: Colby sticks, string cheese, or Brie bite, or deli meat wrapped around a cheese stick or with a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese.
