  • It recommended 1200 for me too and that didn't work at all... I was starving all the time and felt like crap. I upped it a few hundred calories and felt better and lose about a pound a week which is good for me since i'm not actually overweight for my height. I just want to lose a small amount like you.
  • I usually weigh less after a workout... Maybe water weight gained while your working out?
  • Honestly it sounds to me like your not eating enough. I tried eating too little and I didn't lose anything until I upped my calories a bit. Sounds counter productive I know but if your starving yourself you wont lose. You need to fuel your body to support that kind of exercise. Maybe open your food journal so we can have a…
  • I am pretty anxious in general and used to have bad panic attacks when I was a teen. I eventually had them less and less and they are pretty rare now but I understand how you feel. I would go hide somewhere and bite the back of my knuckle until it stopped... the pain gave me something to focus on and helped me come out of…
  • I'm 5' 4" 140 and tried the 1200 a day thing. I was starving all the time, felt like crap and lost no weight. When I started eating back at least some of my exercise calories I felt better and started to lose right away.

  • Omg I had the exact same problem! I started eating Fiber One for breakfast and trying to incorporate more fruit and it cleared up in a few days. Maybe try more fiber as well as taking the pill sometimes?
  • I did that for awhile and really enjoyed it. It's fun to do, produces results (for me anyway) and come on, Shaun T is hot! :D
  • I'm a wife and mom to 2 boys. 8 and 5. I know how you feel about the baby weight. Mine wont come off either. So far this site is great though. Add me if you would like a support friend! :)
  • I weigh every day first thing in the morning. For me, my weight seems to be higher at night then right when I wake up. But it fluctuates so I record every Friday morning. It seems to keep me more motivated to know I may have dropped .2 pounds the previous day lol rather then waiting till a whole week has gone by :)
  • I do TurboFire as well and that's been about my average. I dunno whether or not it should be higher but it's working for me so far :)
  • You're not giving your body what it needs to support that kind of exercise. Or even enough to function for that matter. You should really try to eat more. Even if its very small amounts through the day.
  • Oh dear... You're not eating enough. I tried to do the same thing. I felt like crap all the time and didn't lose anything. Then I started eating MORE and starting losing immediately. Eat 1200 NET a day. Eat back at least some of what you burn. You will feel tons better and the weight will come off.
  • Welcome :D Add me if you want. I'm always looking for support
  • I've never been to the keys.. but I live in the Pensacola area, so western panhandle. It's so beautiful here. The water is clear green / blue and the sand is white. In my opinion it just seems to be hotter the farther south you get. Maybe think about Destin? It's in the panhandle too and hotels on the beach aren't too…
  • I'm a stay at home mommy too. Add me. We can all do this together :D
  • I'm 32 and already finding it harder and harder to take weight off, and easier to put it on lol. Plus it got harder after having kids. When I got pregnant the first time at 24, I was 100 pounds. After 2 kids, I was 200. I found it pretty hard to get it to come off but with effort and watching what I ate, most of it finally…
  • I spent many years of bad relationships before I met my husband. I was convinced I would never get married. Then finally I stopped looking and started just being comfortable with me. Started getting to know me and who I was and what I liked and didn't like about myself. And out of the blue I met my husband and we were…
  • You are beautiful and your doing amazing. Nice job :D
  • This site works great. I didn't really realize how much I was eating until it was all laid out in front of me. And being held accountable for everything I consume helps me resist the urge to snack. I lost a pound this week after tearing my hair out for months trying to figure out why the scale wouldn't budge. And the…
