Time is about the only thing that works. Advil will buffere a little.

p.s. swimming can be really bad on injuried disks (hyperextention and twisting movements, there is no compression but the first 2 motions could make things worse) Think beforte you type people
-
Ok, I'm a trainer as well as massage therapist, it really depends on what is going on as too whether you should work it. You can absolutely exercise if you lower back is supported when yur disks are acting up, if the spine is stabilized your good. Blood flow, will help yor situation. Adding muscle will help take pressure…

3lb will not get you far, you body will not respond to a weight that is not a challenge to move. It depends on how strong you are, in whatever movement you are gong to do. You could make 10lbs and 15lb work well I bet.

if a bench is too high to step up on new rules may not be for you, (is there something wrong?) cause unless your elderly, most can step up on a bench. Not slammin you but that doesn't sound rite. For trainers, the only certs I would accept are NASM, ACSM and NCSA, most of the others don't know enough unless they have a BA…

Planks, bridges, side plank, wood chops, step ups, you can look them up on youtube

What's all this muscle building about? Would I get too bulky?
-
She nailed it, anytime a client would get lightheaded I'd ask when the last tme they ate was, --it was always more than 4hr before. It also helps regulate your BP, which will skyrocket during your set then drop badly right after and that makes you dizzy.

Satan called!!!! hehehe Been there, as I'm sure you have.

I really hope your not a nurse::laugh:

You shouldnt have to add much more cardio, maybe 10min extra a day, and drop a few cals more each day, the both should get it off after a while.
-
As long as your scaps are (tucked into your back pocket) and thorasic and lumbar back arent in flexion (cat back), you should be good to go. It's awesome that you are doing deads in the first place! one tip, never turn your head to look at stuff when your doing them, since many a back/neck get messed up doing that.
-
You could prob get away with deads at Planet Fitless, they just don't want ppl like me doing them. Use the bench for stepups, it's not too high unless your less than 5 feet tall. I doubt there will be any good trainers at that place so even if you get instruction watch it. The absolute best thing would be hire a trainer to…

If your goal is having defined abs the most you should do is every other day, Abs are just like any other muscle fiber in the body, they need at least 48hr for recovery. If you train them hard, once a week is enough for development. Doing them more won't make them more visible. the ppl I'm training for show only do them…
-
Absolutely; so nice to see alot of deads and squats.Best I've had a client (female)do is 355lb squat, 285DL (no straps) and 185lb bench.

p said feet and knee problems that JM stuff will totally make the situation worse (thanks for the bad advice) A heavy bag would work for you, upper body cardio will give your lower body issues some rest. Hit the bad for 20min and you'll get a great workout.
-
I can't believe ppl would put anything but movement that greatly increases your heart rate. Recording cleaning--slow walking, is ridiculous, thats not exercise and is just cheating yourself. Sex is another thing, heart rate goes up, so yes record but be reasonable, unless your dong the hammering for more than 5min start…
-
Thats a good combo because there is alot of upper body movement, which most all cardio machines don't have. One machine doesnt burn better than the other, it's relative to your HR and duration.
-
You alreadt knew this answer didnt you. Abs are made in the kitchen, but bicycle crunches and planks are 2 of the best abs exercises, don't be one of those ppl who do them every day..pointless
-
Hams shouldnt be that sore, you may not have been bent at the knees enough, post video plz

Doubt that was creatine, it no effect on the hormonal system, ATP only as far a they know. Word of note: purchase only german (creapure) creatine, works so much better than the chear asian garbage which is almost all brands--GNC, vitamin world/shoppe, muscletech. Very few good brands, Allmax, and german/american…

My fiance has 2 kids, works 1 full time and a part time job, is volenteer firefighter and is on a downtown development board, she gets to the gym 3 times a week because they have babysitting there. She does her cardio at home then the kids get on the TM and do some too. So find a gym with a babysitter or have your hubz…

light, general aerobics, even tho your muscles may get tired, it still would be light, because your only using core muscles in a limited range of motion.
-
You got it right bro, glycogen is used to perform the lifts, and is burned away, the only thing you have left to fuel your exercise is a little liver glycogen and bodyfat stores. Although it is a huge pain in the butt to drive hard after heavy weights, tales a few minutes to feel good doing the cardio.
-
Unless you did it for at least a half hour straight don't even count it as exercise.
-
Hate to tell you, a glass of water can could throw those things off, BUT if you pic is current you aren't too far off of that. deff below 30%. FYI, most trainers I've seen can't even do the skin calipers correctly, but you can use them to monitor changes in mm difference.

That sounds perfect, for the mom pushing 4, 2yr olds, double that.

dumb post

Good luck to you.
