What do you count as exercise?

I only log intentional exercise. I guess maybe I would log when I am washing floors/carpet/walls. Thats some hard work and def burns calories. I always do it all at the same time about ever 4-6 months. Tile floor more often, but I wouldnt count the maintenance since I just use a sponge mop thing, not the get on the floor with a scrub brush and get into all the nooks. (OCD, I know lol) Since the deep clean takes about 8 hours, I would probably log it. I cant really see myself putting on my HRM for cleaning though... so maybe i wouldnt.0

Usually just a bona fide workout gets logged but I'll tell ya, some days I'm so lame I log housework. Shameful I know.0

I can't believe ppl would put anything but movement that greatly increases your heart rate. Recording cleaning--slow walking, is ridiculous, thats not exercise and is just cheating yourself. Sex is another thing, heart rate goes up, so yes record but be reasonable, unless your dong the hammering for more than 5min start don't count as exercise.
\p.s. I know some will say shopn gets their HR up buts thats more of a seretonan rush.0
