  • Take it outside!! I can't stand the treadmill, but love walk out side, on a trail, country road or in town! There fresh air, pretty scenery and sunshine :flowerforyou:
  • after 15 or 20 pounds and it was in my butt and legs. I think that is because I have been walking and working out those the most. It is nice to see your pants get baggy in the rump! :heart: I now walk with nordic poles to work my upper body more. It needs to shrink too.

  • I am in a similar situation, I take mini tomatoes, mini cucumbers, mushrooms, baby carrots, and raw almond (I only get 12 of those). That is lunch with a ready to serve protein shake from Costco. I snack on fruit mid morning and mid afternoon, as I do better when I graze and don't let myslef get too hungery.

  • Stretch, Stretch, Stretch...When I started walking the shin pain was terrralbe but a Kine I work with showed me a great stretch and I would stop 5 min in and do it and then when ever I needed to I would stop and stretch. I now don't have the pain and only have to strech at the end of my one hour walk.
  • I went from cream and sugar to black a few years back and after a couple of cups I was used to it. Now I can't have cream and sugar as it tastes like dessert.
