  • Got 200 in today!! Feeling good! :-D
  • I like Jergens the best. They have a couple different types (lotion, foam) and all of them are good.
  • I am not sure how correct this is, but I heard that the average woman only needs about 300 more cals/day when pregnant. I'm sure it depends on the woman and her own personal health history/body/whatever. I do know that you should never "eat for two" though.....And Congrats!!!!!! :-D
  • Fiber One Brownies and Chewy Bars (90 cals each, and yummy!). Also, chickpeas if you have the patience to cook them up right (I do not hahah), are good to snack on. I also snack on a few chocolate chips every now and then when I'm craving chocolate- a little better than full blown candy bars. :-)
  • I am a night CNA and I take walks around my unit once my patients are asleep. I'm usually able to get at least a full half hour, in at a time so I choose to log mine. It's up to you if you feel your exercise is sufficient enough that you can afford to eat back those calories.
  • Talk to your doctor. The hormone combination in Yaz might be too much for your body. There are so many options out there, there is probably something that they can recommend for you.
  • Don't worry about the "taboo". Weigh the pros and cons and really think it out on your own. Talk to someone if you need to, research it, get all the info you possibly can and make an educated decision. If you feel it is for you then go for it. Personally, I'd like to get implants one day too.
  • Oh my goodness, I have to try them!!!! :-D Can't wait to make them!!!
  • I do ten minute belly dancing/salsa/Zumba/some sort of dance videos. I am always busy and I never have time, energy or interest for the traditional workout, so I fit in a video before I take my daily shower and it makes me feel great for the day.
