Back in 2007 I topped the scale at 286....as of right now I am 'around' 220, keep playing the game....but at least going in the right direction...so YES there IS a light at the end of the tunnel......lowest I have been in YEARS is 213 so my next goal (and has been my goal for many months lol) is 212...then ONEderland.....…

bottom line, you are not eating enough. I just cracks me up how people think they need to eat so much LESS to lose weight, when in reality, you need to bump up your caloric intake....trust the program....it works.......

So I gave up diet coke a long time ago for about 8 months....noticed NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL (even tho I am assuming there were GOOD things going on inside my body without the chemicals etc) but I started up again because I didnt feel any different without it...didnt lose a pound...never got caffeine headaches etc....so…

One day at a time...often 1 second at a time.....the more I am able to log 'good' days the stronger and more empowered I feel. Just wondering why only 100 cal??? That seems really low......Breakfast really should be your biggest meal....we tend to eat backwards in America....eat like a king for breakfast, a queen for lunch and a pauper for dinner......

Or you can do what I do....puree all the veggies in a blender so that my kids dont SEE them lol.....they LOVE it....sometimes I might add a TINY bit of ground turkey but usually zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers (all different colors) etc....

VERY well said....often times 'we' think we need to do this in HUGE GIANT STEPS and change every single thing about every thing we are eating/doing etc.....that is 'usually' a set up for failure. BABY STEPS MY FRIEND!!!!!
