Net carb tracking
Any way to track net carbs without having to subtract fiber? Also there is no place for sugar alcohols so carbs aren't accurate?? How does everyone doing keto get around this???

How do you find general exercise to log?
It seems like there are a ton of 'pre' set things but how do you find things like mopping floors etc? Not that I would count that but you know what I mean? I know I can go look it up on the internet and bring it over here but just wondering if I am looking wrong? Also, how come if I do 'strength training' it doesn't 'burn'…

Rug Cleaning?
Anyone know how to figure calories for steam cleaning carpets? Spent about 60 minutes doing it and am dripping from sweat Ü I know I burned SOMETHING...no idea how to figure it or what it might compare to that would be in the data base. THanks!:tongue:

How to Get Back On the Wagon????
I did so great my 1st 2 weeks here, then last week I didnt do ANYTHING right (except exercise!!!) Ate non stop (usually do that the week before my period) and now I cant seem to get back on plan...any suggestions? I know JUST DO IT...but I keep sabotaging my efforts!!! I lose weight, feel great and then eat??? WTH????…

Re-Starting TODAY!!!
Been doing weight watchers for just over 2 years, lost 59.8 pounds (so cant OFFICIALLY say 60 :laugh: ) but have gained about 24 back since I did my 3 day walk in November.....I am doing the walk again (www.the3day.org) in November and have got to get serious about getting some weight back off! I am doing ww and was wondering if you guys still journal on the ww site if you log your food here? I am just curious how it all compares? I might log on ww today and see how many actual points I ate.. Also, do you all totally trust the amount of calories that you are given on a daily basis? I have eaten a full day of food…
