Today is Day 30 of my 30 day squat challenge, I thought I would go ahead and jump right in to another to keep momentum! Who is with me!

    Just prinited off both challenges, squats and crunches......just what I need to get back....was doing 200 squats a day.....quit for some reason and def feeling it......so glad to see this post!!!!!

    Today is my last day of the squat challenge! 250 squats tonight! I am really liking the results, so in addition to the new ab challenge I am starting today, I am going to conntinue with squats. I will only do 200 though.
    My daily workout will be:
    3 mile run
    ab challenge
    200 squats

    I started on my own yesterday, but you can count me in! I started a 30-day squat challenge too, and I am doing push-ups to match my ab challenge. Can't wait to get some results!

    I'm on day 16 of this! once I get to the 250 I've got 9 more days until I'm on holiday so I'm gonna slowly get it up to 300 then do that for the last 4 days before going!
