It might be worth it to invest in a good cookbook too. One that is paper and can travel to the store with you. I have one called The 300 Calorie Cookbook by Betty Crocker. Easily obtained ingredients and healthy choices.

You, too! I love the black/white pic

I like you, too peche (in secret, of course)

I think you are striking...so....

I have had sleeping issues from over-exercising. I had to scale it back. I hated it, but it was better for me overall.

I think a lot of people feel that way. It is very easy to digest a liquid meal for people who struggle with digestion and a sluggish gut. That makes it appealing to some.

Oh, for real? I have to say I was a pinch hurt for a moment.
-
You made me blush.

Choose carefully. Like Raw Meal by Garden of Life with 8oz of almond milk is a great meal replacement if you can tolerate liquid calories.
-
oh...why not?

Cook it in a rice cooker with broth (vegetable, chicken, whatever you like) and add onion soup/dip mix for flavor. It is a superfood and an ancient grain and quinoa (just fyi) is awesome.

You are adorable...of course!

I will be 41...add me! I have a connective tissue disorder called Ehlers-Danlos and I combat it everyday. We are all struggling in our own way! Hang in there! We are here to help each other.

All my tests have come back inconclusive, but I suffer like the rest of you with flare-ups. I can't tell if it is what I ate today or if it is something I ate days ago. Makes a food map really tough. I do have a connective tissue disorder and it messes up the matter, too.

I have been running (and loving it) for many years. The HARDEST point in any run (no matter what you are training for or how long you have been at it) is the first 10-15 minutes. You don't have your breathing down and your body hates you. But if you endure, you can push past the first mile and calm everything down. I tell…

I'm 40, just sent you a friend request. I don't have loads on my page, but like to add a bit of inspiration to my posts!

Have you tried the Raw Meal from Garden of Life? Good source of protein and fairly moderate in calories. I use 1 cup of almond milk to mix (because water makes it impossible to drink). Good for you protein mixes are not always the best tasting, unfortunately :(

I like rating people on personality...a true picture and you look like a great person! 8.5
-
I think that my posts were slow to load.
-
I was thinking about the above posts...I am not sure how you give a rating to someone? Just wondering.
-
How can you give a person with no picture any rating at all??? 8

The sugar withdrawals...ah, so true. As a substitute sweetener (like for coffee or tea) try Stevia (all natural, no calories, and sweet enough to trick you!)
-
How important is taste? I like Raw Meal by Garden of Life. It is a complete meal 17g of protein per serving. It tastes better with almond milk, to be honest.
