Oh and i never understood effects of sodium until now. I def keep it in mind, its kinda hard to go OVER i think cause they set it so high, and im not sure if i should lessen it, i know we NEED it in our diet but i wonder how much.?

No, its not fair that fruit has so many carbs geez we are suppose to have like 5 servings a day, "forget abou it". I mainly care about calories, sodium, and water intake :)

I agree with planks, there are different things you can do with the planks as well to increase intensity too, and pilates is really good. mt climbers are good too
