How much have you lost? 102lbs How long did it take? Since April 2010..so about a 1.5yr On average do you lose more than 2lbs a week? varies.. some weeks its 1lb, some weeks none, some 2-4lbs. SINCE starting MFP- bout 2.5mths ago, Im down almost 20lbs. :)

you dont need 'alot' of room. Basically an area where your not fumbling over a coffee table..lol. Enough space to move around[think-Dancing] enough space for you to dance :)

Fish- Like tonite thats what Im making. Im seasoning it w/garlic, pepper, onions,& some spanish seasonings. I'll wrap it in alluminum & then grill it. It cooks very quickly. Also sauteed onions-then place seasoned fish over & let cook.. delish!

I should add, i do try the packets of crystal lite, propel, Mio, ect..... I ALWAYS keep a water bottle handy @ work, home or car. Im NOT drinking anything else[no juice, soda,coffee-]. Just dont feel thirsty.

It could be different things... 1st, you could have gained muscle, which looks like extra pounds on the scale, but could have actually lost inches in some areas. Could also be like some mentioned sodium, sugar, fats intake...

simple salad... shredded lettuce, a lil olive oil and tuna-i add a lil salt/pepper. :) so yummy. also-egg, tuna & lite mayo... yumminesss. :)

I after losing 85lbs-noticed they only last 4-5 days, which day 1 being the heaviest. besides that nothing out the norm. I do also 'cramp' alooottt less.. & less headaches./
