From 287 to 131-back up to 175! Friends for this fitlife journey?!
Been a yoyo- as ya know it can be difficult. Recently(since this past summer Aug-Nov, I lost about 70lbs) CW 175 GW 160(ish). I feel great but just wanna lose a few more. Looking for friends , motivators, ect.

I Did It!!!
When I first started MFP,last May I was @ a little over, 203lbs. My original goal was to get to 160. today I weighed in @ 147! A Big difference in everything!!! My heighest weight was 286.8... Does anyone do Couch to 5K? I am gonna start it today... Im not at all athletic but want to be able to 'run' by springtime. Encouragement? advice? Ect??!?!

I CANNOT drink Water!!
I swear Im trying. & today only 1 16oz bottle of water. :/ I dont feel thirsty @ all, & forcing it down makes me not want it. Ideas?

*Sitting Job[Office] & Snacking?!?*
I work 8-9hrs a day behind my huge desk. I get up alot to move around-BUT usually around 2pm-[the Crash Time] I wanna tend to munch on Crunchy stuff. Im NOT a 'raw veggie' person. But any advice on healthier snacks-besides me eating chips? lol
