  • I have this exact same issue, I have noticed that is comes and goes. Some days I can run forever...other days a run a few feet and cannot breath.
  • Maybe try a leotard or bathing suit underneath so that nothing crawls up. I have worn the compression tank tops and they have rolled up on me lol

  • I do the video about 3 times per week, I like to change things up often because I get bored so easily. On the weights I use 3lbs & 10 lbs. I use the 10 lbs. on the chest fly and the 3 lbs. on all the rest.
