Extra Skin on Tummy!

Hi, I like to know what kind of exersie can I do other than Ab work for my Extra skin on my Tummy for it to go away or to get it toned up besides Liposuction? I was almost 200 pound when I was in my Teens and I did loose by eating healthier, but did'nt exercise untill I was in my 20's. Then after having two girls mid 20's I started to exercise and eating healthier, but my loose skin was still there!!! Now I'm in my mid 30's and doing more exercising and eating right and the gross skin is still there!!!!!! I do alot of ab work and cardio, I see my tummy getting smaller, but the Skin just Hangs!!!!!!!! I know I probably need liposuction, but that is to scary and expensive!!!!!

I'm going to start it tomorrow:flowerforyou: Hows it going for you? I notice there's like five parts so do I do one part first then go tho the 2nd part ect, or do I do first part for a week then switch to 2nd? Thanks again I cant wait!!!!

    Wow don't go with lipo it may look worse afterwards!
    I lost 100 lbs. myself after having my son and the loose skin is something you really can't help besides trying to build muscle underneath so its not so loose looking.. I have it on my tummy, arms and legs, I have large thighs and its alot of skin.. I try and do heavier weights to bulk up my legs a bit so they don't look so saggy its a constant fight. The only thing I can say is try and love what you got but I totally understand.

    If it is skin that hangs, lipo won't get rid of it, only a tummy tuck will.

    I have saggy skin, but I would rather the saggy skin than the fat tummy without the sags (does that make sense)

    If I had the money I would get the extra skin surgically removed. I look great with clothes on, but take them off and AHHHHHH!!!! It's not a pretty site. No amount of exercise will make the skin 'unsag". Time hasn't helped it go back in and it won't.

    Dolphin21, the workout is 50 minutes. The person that posted the workout on youtube had to break it up in 5 parts. Do as much as you can handle. You are right, Billy is no joke. Tae Bo is my number one workout. I have been doing it off and once since 1998, getting back to it strong in 2010. He has a new program out called PT 24/7. I can't wait to get that. Hopefully I will treat myself to that for my birthday.

    You can find more of Billy's workouts on youtube. I own all of his workouts, except a few, plus I don't own PT 24.7. But, my collection is huge and I love it.
