You might want to try adjusting your food a bit. High protein and try to hit those 40-30-30 percentage markers. And hit the weights. Make sure your eating enough cals to maintain your muscle gain as well, or you'll end up eating muscle with your burn, instead of fat.

I know this is hard to hear, because I like it too, but.... don't buy ice cream of any type. It is like one of the worst things to eat if you're trying to loose weight. How tall are you? Sounds like you need to pair the right menu with strength training.

Choose whole foods - no processed, ready-mades! Lots of salad stuff, lean meats, fish, fresh fruits, veggies. Get yourself an awesome clean eating cookbook and get started!

Steak is good, just ease up on the carbs and fat. Veggies, salad, sweet potato option? No bread or sugar - get creative, you'll find lots of options I'm sure :-)
