I'm on Primal Blueprint, there's also a support group here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/37-primal-paleo-support-group

This is my recommendation - the afternoon is ticking away then suddenly I would get a burst of motivation to finish the tasks I was doing so I could get the hell out and get to the gym. Develop the sense that the workout is part of your work day and you don't switch off or slow down until you've done it - I was never able…

Well-timed, I just read this in the last couple of days, it should answer most questions: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/coconut-oil-health-benefits/#more-3572

One of my other friends on here is drinking Dandelion Tea to strip water retention - you should be able to get it in the health food or tea/coffee aisles at the supermarket.

Start with a Banana, a Raw Egg and some Pineapple Juise (or fresh pineapple) and go from there - a bit of variety to avoid dairy and really refreshing but I've not tried adding protein powder to it.

3 x Brazil Nuts will easily fill the gap if you really want to.

Just over a year at the moment but have gone about 6.5 years in the past.

Yep - stop weighing yourself so DAMN often!

Glycogen requires additional water molecules to be stored in the body so a few days of lower carbs (not necessarily really low but in relation to your everyday intake) can reduce water weight.

Have a look at MarksDailyApple.com - while he doesn't agree with vegetarianism there is plenty of information about following the Primal Blueprint as a vegetarian.

Independent Business Owner - Amway is a network/word-of-mouth marketing system so there are no stores and you have to order the products through someone who is in the 'business'. http://www.amway.com.au/a2kWeb/ Presumably, going through the Contact Us page, they should be able put you in touch with a local distributor.

Taking a B-Complex supplement would be a lot cheaper if you're wanting to try it for better energy release.

I've found this good as well and particularly like the fact that it comes in a sachet so you're not creating waste by buying a bottle every time.

We used to microwave chicken breasts with a little lemon juice or vinegar - works very well for fish as well.

Haven't read ALL of the posts so apologies if someone else made these suggestions. Make sure you stretch and that you're doing a variety of resistance exercises for the triceps muscle group to target different muscles within the group. Also, keep the weights at the current level to maintain the muscle where it's at rather…

Every couple of weeks I use the 3 measurement calculators on this site then average them: http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/
-
Start lifting now, just get your head around the possibility that it will slow 'weight' loss on the scales but will be improving body composition so consider taking measurements/checking how clothes fit to measure progress/stay motivated.

Make it your daily routine - when I worked evenings I used to get up about 8 after my flatmate left for work, take an hour for breakfast and a coffee then rush out the door for water-aerobics (it had a set start time I had to make). After that, I had a couple of hours of relax time at home then got ready for work (3pm till…

I know what I used to do with normal jelly crystals as a kid - but I'm pretty sure eating the crystals dry isn't much help on this site.

Absolutely - my (naturally slim) sister would always comment that if I didn't eat so much I wouldn't need to workout so hard. Noooo, I workout so I CAN eat this stuff!
-
I do, but it would be much more productive if I was ever home to take care of it - I must remember to go out and check for ripe tomatoes in the morning, I'm sure there are some by now!

If only it reduced the calories/carbs!

Lift Weights

I'm with you - hide the elliptical or bike display with a magazine and just keep pedalling. Doesn't work on the treadmill so I have to design little plans to change the incline/speed at certain time intervals to give me something to focus on.

I use coconut oil to replace some of the butter when baking.

Hosting a sleepover of 2 or 3 of my drinking buddies so nibblies and drinks then up to the Showgrounds to experience the bar at the local Agricultural Show before staggering back home!
-
Or wandering over to the computer after a set because you don't want to go do the next set/exercise - those weights are getting heavy, I don't want to pick them up!

Can you add some protein powder to your oats for breakfast? Some people also combine eggs with oats but I've not tried it myself. Perhaps some nuts for snacks to increase calories easily and boost your healthy fats. Similarly, don't be afraid of adding maybe 1/4 and avocado to your salads and using olive oil and vinegar to…

I hate the bar across my shoulders so use dumbbells but, having recently upped to 12.5kg dumbbells I may have to go to a bar soon. Squats will be more effective as you have to use stabilising muscles all through your body when standing, rather than isolating the leg muscles - more bang for your buck.
