Scratching my head trying of something to do with shiritaki
I have a music festival to go to this Sunday so need to shed excess water weight so I am looking my best. Not a fan of this little gut I have right now :P had too much sodium recently so really need to avoid that tonight!
Any suggestions on what I can have?

jillian michaels diet, six egg whites and all the veggies you can eat in an omelette, can of low sodium tuna with lemon and pepper only, on lettuce with balsamic and a tsp of olive oil for dressing, snack unlimited celery and 2tbsp pb, 6 oz chicken breast cooked with lemon and garlic or 1/2 lb steamed shrimp with unlimited side of green beans. i tried it for a wk. only lasted three days. so bored. but it helped me drop 4 lbs in 3 days.0

One of my other friends on here is drinking Dandelion Tea to strip water retention - you should be able to get it in the health food or tea/coffee aisles at the supermarket.0
