Hi I too have been doing P90. I have only lost 4 lbs in the last month but I have lost 12 inches!! I know it gets discouraging when you dont see the numbers drop. But you are changing your body and it doesnt happen overnight. right :) But along with what everyone else says, you need to eat more. I am always over my protein…

I would have to say NSV... I was so flustered yesterday when I weighed myself as I had actually gained weight. Then I realized I havent done measurements in a while. Well, it turned out I had lost a total of 12 inches!! 4 from my chest and 6 alone from my waist. So, right now.. I am loving my NSV!

Delicious! 2 cans tuna in water drained 1 can black beans drained and rinsed ¼ cup red onion 1 red bell pepper ½ cucumber ¼ cup fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon olive oil Mix all together and I refrigerated overnight. Can serve as a sandwich wrap with spinach or over a bed of lettuce

I absolutely love this program. I have seen great results in a short time frame! Its also only 30 min for levels 1-2 and 38 for levels 3-4, where P90X is an hour and I just dont have that much time. I have also purchased the Power 90 master series which does help you prepare for P90x. Give it a shot :)
