I love going for long bike rides and always log them, I mean hey, it's exercise and it burns calories so why not log it? :)

Personally I don't think it's strong, but if you're not a fan of the taste you might not like it. You could use another nut butter (almond, cashew etc) or you could use some coconut oil, some honey or just use more banana!

I love chopping them up and putting them in pastas, for example with sundried tomatoes and some pesto. They're also a great pizza topping!

If you are very hungry on 1200 a day, I would say add maybe 200 calories a day. It's not good to feel so hungry and you will not be able to stick with it if you're always feeling hungry.
-
Definitely chocolate. I crave it all day, every day.

Unsweetened soy milk, yum.

Use a tortilla wrap or pita bread for the crust and use lower fat cheese. Also: http://www.eat-drink-smile.com/2011/04/cauliflower-crust-pizza.html http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/chocolate-covered-recipes/baked-goods/the-breakfast-pizzert/

I'm 19 years old and have never touched any type of make-up in my life. I don't see the point in making yourself look a certain way when everyone knows you don't naturally look like that. I think you look stunning in the first picture, and fake in the second. Talk about an unpopular opinion.
-
Yes, you should eat back your exercise calories.

Punching a new hole in my belt ;)

I think if I missed a meal I would be so hungry for my next meal that I would inevitably eat more at the next meal.

When I graduated I weighed about 57 kg. My goal: 55 kg.

Measure every ingredient that you put in the dish, then enter these in the recipe calculator, count how many servings are in the dish/recipe and then you can log a serving of the recipe in your food diary :)

Cook the oats in some vanilla (or other flavor) soy or almond milk, mix it with a mashed banana and top with some raisins/chocolate chips/almonds. You could also stir in some pb!

Oats cooked in unsweetened vanilla soymilk mixed with a mashed banana and raisins. Or mixed with a mashed banana, peanut butter and some chocolate chips. So simple, so delicous! :)

Just start eating healthily and exercising again and keep a positive mindset. Make sure to have a cheat meal or day every now and then so you will not feel the need to binge again.

My boobs are my reason for wanting to lose weight. The weight I've gained over the past few years went straight to my boobs and I absolutely hate it.

I weigh myself twice a week (and log it twice a week) and I let myself have chocolate every Sunday, because that's the only unhealthy food I crave like crazy ;)
