I have to agree. I have so much more fun doing Turbo Fire. and it is a cardio kickboxing dancing mix - so it should be up your ally with zumba! I'm starting Turbo on Sunday and am putting together a group on facebook to do it with me! super excited!

yes! use the "new to class" option - she will walk you through each move as you do it! and you are so not alone. We all took awhile to figure it out and be able to do it at speed! but its an amazing workout! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

browse the internet for some homemade granola recipes using dried fruits. I really like the recipes by mywholefoodlife.com - and anything that says "shredded coconut" - I substitute with dried fruits. I don't like coconut though ;)

if you see it, it is true. but losing weight that quickly is REALLY dangerous. You might want to make sure you are eating enough and getting enough protein. Especially if you just started Turbo Fire.

you should absolutely NOT being trying to lose weight before the baby has been born. Have you talked to your ob-gyn about that? sigh - i was just trying to point out how absurd it is to say that high reps don't build muscle. that doesn't even make sense. otherwise you would never be able to increase the amount of weight you use. you actually target MORE muscle fibers using higher reps.

yea there is a whole series of CRUNCH videos on netflix that I cam across recently. I haven't actually tried them (I have an abundance of my own workout DVDs) - but I was looking for some kind of video to guide me through a spin class. Netflix doesn't have any of those but it did have the series of CRUNCH videos :)
